Your sound engineer probably came from EQing other brands as I can tell it's a bit over EQd - no need to EQ Paistes so much as other brands. Paistes already have the highs even with flat EQ 👍 - great drumming!

What do you suggest better? [paiste 2002 14hihat sound edge, crash 2002 classic (14, 16, 17), 2002 20 "Power or heavy ride, 2002 china 16 or 18] OR [2002 14 sound edge hihat, 2002 thin crash (16, 17, 18), 2002 20 "power or heavy ride, 2002 china 16 or 18?] I play at home with poor sound insulation and not in the studio. .I play metal. Thanks!

I think there's better sounding hi hats for metal than the 2002 in my opinion.
