Is the mc command supposed to appear under script mods? Cause for me it didn't work i don't know what i did wrong

It shows me the tab when I get into my game but then I cant use the actual mod, when I go to try it it doesnt show up.

I just got back into Sims, would be amazing if you could give a mod list or some sites to get mods from. Nexus is slacking xD
