Gorgeous! The safety pin and gapping are completely understandable for early in your dressmaking career. It's amazing despite that! Your newer garments do seem much more professional, but that doesn't mean this is bad, just that you've grown a lot. ❤️

Amazing for a first project! I'm just getting into making more older historical clothing! I'm more of a 1900s vintage wearer, so I was working my way there XD
This is really making me want to just jump into a project even if it's not perfect! If I can get a beautiful outcome like this I'd be more then happy no matter the mistakes! ☺️

This is stunning!! This is the second-ever time I've seen a Victorian top styled like this (sort of "sleeveless-vest" looking). I saw a woman in her wedding dress (in this time period) with a top like this and just thought it was so unique-looking for the time, but evidently I just have missed similar garments!
