I am cooking Japanese food in UK for my family.
Today, I am sharing how I make Sake lee cracker in my kitchen.
It might be a bit difficult to get sake lee, but if you have a chance, try this recipe.
This snack is good for your kids too!

■ Ingredients
100g Whole-wheat flour
30g Sake lee
2 tbsp of Rapeseed oil
2 tbsp of water
1/2 tsp of salt

■ Instructions
1. Pre-heat the oven at 150℃/300F
2. Mix ingredients except for water in the bowl
3. Add 2 tbsp of water to the bowl and make the dough one ball
4. Thin square on a floured cutting board/sheet (2mm thick)
5. Prick holes onto the dough using a fork
6. Cut the dough
7. Put the dough into the oven, bake for 25 -35 minutes
