White Lotus Season 2 Reaction - The Skincare Edition! | Dr Sam Bunting

I’ll admit it - I’ve been obsessed with the HBO show the White Lotus, which recently ended in typically climatic fashion this week. Not since Sex and the City has there been such an interesting group of female protagonists - Daphne, Harper, Portia and Tanya have held us enthralled these last 7 weeks, not least because of their style and beauty.

When I saw Into The Gloss had pulled screenshots of their beauty routines to dissect them, I thought that it would be even more fun to film a reaction video!

So let's go through them one by one and do a diagnostic, look at what their character’s using where we can, and then make some recommendations.

I haven’t seen White Lotus yet but it looks like something I will enjoy so will definitely take a look. I love Jennifer Coolidge, who could forget the bend and snap!😂. Once I have watched the series I will come back and rewatch this video. 😊

This would be a good idea if the skin or faces of the characters played were intentionally altered - if an obvious fake tan was done, if freckles were added, if a sunburn was mimicked. But you’re criticizing real people’s skin with unsolicited advice under the idea that their skin’s quality is truly a result of the character’s lifestyle they’re playing.. In my opinion, this is a bit jaded and in poor taste.

This company is absolutely terrible. The customer service is horrible. They falsely advertise when you advertise tinted then you should receive tinted. Don't waste your money on overpriced stuff. The ingredients In there products are not even good. I wished I would of research more. Do not waste your money much better product out there check our dr rajani his products are high quality and customer service is wonderful and no false advertising

Dr Sam: I loved that you took a page out of White Lotus pertaining to strong women & Skin care.
Could you do a segment on, Mature/Dry skin. I'm 71, moved from the Midwest to Arizona, as the humidity keeps your skin more hydrated & the desert I'm using moisturizers & SPF every part of my body that's exposed. While many people are surprised by my age many think I'm in my 50's. I have used RetinA, Renova, & for years Treinoin. I find I can't use it every night anymore.. Yes, I have been. buffering it with moisturizers. I feel us Baby Boomer skin needs it's own skincare, & I like a healthy glow not matte.
