Can‘t have a „weird planes“ top list without germans. But do note: The Mk in MK 103/108 is not short for Mark, but Maschinenkanone. There is no connection between those words, the Germans in that time weren‘t the biggest fan of the english language. It just a coincident, but it is still wrong.

Fun fact: The ME 163's fuel was extremely corrosive, it even melted one of it's pilots when the plane flipped upside down after a crash!

My great uncle actually flew the XP-55. It’s last flight was at an air show where he crashed and sadly died in the crash. He was an ace over Europe and was shot down twice and both time escaped a POW camp. His name was William Glasgow.

The DH Vampire isn't exactly unusual, but it's a jet whose fuselage and wings are almost made entirely of wood.
The same goes for the DH Mosquito which originally was an unarmed recon aircraft which was quickly turned into several variants (Bomber, fighter-bomber, night fighter, etc). A design that was so radical that even the MOD in 1940 was skeptical of its potential.

The Komet never faces a single propeller-driven aircraft in the game (apart from the Tu-4 every once in a blue moon).

Edit: Alright since people brought it up let me rephrase it: The 163 never faces a piston-powered bomber from its era, unlike what the video shows.

"Zügelling" doesn't mean twin.
It is the Diminutive of a rein, wich is a thin lether strap attached around a horse's neck, in order to control it. He was meant to say "Zwilling", wich does not contain the sounds of "ü" and "e".
