No to union these workers can quit if they don’t like it. Union delay progress and will complicate things.

Looks like it's time to move to a Right to Work state. Unions seem to cater to those who can figure out every reason to implement some method to slow down efficiency. This is why automation/robots are so prevalent in many factories. Not sure if union heads have connected the dots here.

Unions, number one reason things are so effing expensive, been a slow train wreck for decades and the chickens are coming home to roost.
Pay has steadily increased, car prices have gone through the roof and quality has tanked, crappy quality products for a yearly increase in price of cars
