Defence accuses state of omitting crucial information

The defence in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has accused the state of
omitting crucial information in its evidence.

Proceedings resumed today in the Pretoria High Court after a month-long break.

Vodacom data expert Pinky Vythilingam is continuing with her evidence
on cellphone records of the five men accused of the crime.

If the State is omitting crucial evidence you present it, you don't go around bitching about it. I think some of these lame lawyers have also lost track of where things are or are supposed to be.
