IAU General Assembly | World's astronomers converge on Cape Town

South Africa's two premier astronomical instruments, the Southern African Large Telescope and the Square Kilometre Array, will take centre stage at the 32nd General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union being held at the Cape Town ICC this week.

It's the first time the meeting of the world's foremost astronomers will take place on the African continent.
