You've pretty much hit the nail on the head regarding Proton Wallet. They simply shouldn't have released it. Andy said that they are waiting for legal clarity on privacy in cryptocurrency before implementing anything that would make it private, so what's the point? Also, working on fiat before adding *any* other cryptocurrency seems weird. They should have just started with fiat if that's what they wanted. Right now, this looks like just some silly gimmick that they wasted time on in order to market themselves to Bitcoin maximalists, and it makes me question whether they're properly allocating resources.
