Hilda - Early Animation Test

This is a VERY early animation test for Hilda from 2014...before it was put into production. In a way you can say it's the closest thing we have to a Hilda pilot. It was debuted by Luke Pearson at Pictoplasma in 2019.

I remember this this was so good. I remember when the first Hilda season came out. It was so good. I almost exploded with joy. I loved the book as a kid and I still love them now.

This is very cool! It's really interesting to see more of the original comics' style animated. I'm personally glad we got the style they went for in the end, because that way we get the same story in two beautiful styles instead of just one.

I love Hilda just because of the backgrounds and stuff. Everything feels like something out of a Felix Colgrave video, but very relaxed.

Hilda is an underrated stoner show, IMO.
