Spaceman takes a great concept but ultimately disappoints with its outcome.

It was actually pretty good. It was definitely more abstract, and was a film that expresses art, by trying to convey strong emotions felt in life in a way that makes one think in a different framework.
It was definitely a philosophical movie about exploring, understanding and overcoming the problems in our lives that shape us, and growing with them, and realizing how we can learn from our past, and how to let go so we can shape our future. Which is why Adam doesn’t die, but gets saved- it’s almost like a rebirth. If someone wanting to watch this movie for face value, than it may fall short, because you definitely have to read between the lines, and pick up on what each characters purpose in the movie is for, and what they are trying to convey, and unfortunately I think a lot of people now watch movies not to think, but to be entertained (which is good and the intent of a movie in some or most cases) but I think we forget film is and has always been at its core an expression of art, although in recent years that has not been the case, so it was nice to see something like this that makes one think more and reflect inwardly.

I think it was one of Adam's better movies. It isn't easy to make a good sci-fi solo movie. It deserves a second look.
