Man I remember making these in grade school pissin off all the teachers, some would get their popper taken away, but who cares it was just made out of paper. The thing was there was no internet back then so only certain kids knew how to make it and held on to their origami secrets for social power.

Did it during lunch at school and it was loud— even over all the loud talking. Almost everybody stopped talking and the teacher was trying to figure out who did it. They would never expect a kid with a piece of paper 😂

Learned this over the weekend.
Steps:
1. try with normal paper (expected better)
2. tape 4 papers together and try (shocked at how loud it is)
3. get actual large paper (amazing)

Best version to make. All the clueless saying it doesnt work😂It worked back in the day just fine. I remember making one with a extra large sheet & broke the sound barrier.

Thanks so much as Ive been searching for these for years. Me and a friend got in trouble in the 6th grade as we had made up a couple hundred to give out to other classmates lol We were caught and had the baddest paddle ever made applied to our bottoms. This paddle had holes drilled into it.
