The destiny of this video game since the 90's was to be played in Virtual Reality, the road has been long but at last that destiny will be fulfilled. 8)

What you see before you is a relic from the dawn of gaming. in a time when graphics consisted of blocks and 16 color pallets, this game did what many said was impossible. It looked BEAUTIFULL.
Since then it has given rise to a whole universe of games and books, remakes and HD remasters.
And now we find ourselves invited back once more, to that Mysterious island where it all began, to see it truly with our own eyes like never before.

Omg yes! I remember playing this with my mom and sister, geez the memories... we had note books filled with clues and puzzles. good times.

Can we all just take a moment to soak in the fact that the last snippit of music heard in this trailer is a re-tuned version of the snippit that plays at the end of the Cyan logo animation right before the first cutscene in Riven?

I had been remodeling Myst Island in my free time, but I am actually glad this is announced so I can put my free time to better use. Can't wait for both this and the Quest 2!

The vision for Myst was so far ahead of its time, that only now nearly 20 years later can we enjoy it the way it was intended. Myst would actually force me to buy a Quest 2!

Myst is like a massive virtual escape room and totally deserves an immersive VR experience. I would love to play it!

I remember playing this game for hours on end when I was little, just exploring and solving the puzzles... when that music kicked it I got goosebumps. Can't wait to be able to play this on the Quest!
