Those US congressmen who don’t want to balance the US budget and eliminate wasteful spending, which is everywhere, need to be voted OUT OF OFFICE. That would include 100% of the Democrats and a few Republicans.
Then, those countries that want to join BRICS and sell their soul to China and get foreign aid from the U.S, should lose 100% of that foreign aid. Use those funds to slow down that national debt clock. In addition to that, any products imported from those countries, should have tariffs applied to them. Let’s start with a 10% tariff. the harsh reality is the Chinese Yuan makes up less than 4% of currency trades, and half that is due to Russia/Oil. The USD on the other hand is over 84% of global trades, so I don't see much happening anytime soon. It all comes down to trust, there is little reason for people to trust the CCP or any other authoritarian nations' currency.

I bought GLDG in August 2022 and it’s been straight down from there (at least -50%). I still have faith so looking forward to a recovery on that one. My fingers crossed that Mark is correct!

Mark, Mark. When people talk about the dollar crashing, it's not the consistent theft of inflation and debasement. Of course we are losing 10-12% each year in our dollars. What people really mean by the dollar crashing is hyperinflation. When the dollar is more valuable used as wallpaper then we are in trouble. Not that I disagree that the dollar is losing it's value I just don't think we are living our worst nightmare right now. When no one will buy US treasuries and the government can't affect the economy by printing because no one wants the dollar then we are in trouble.
