Bald eagles are scavengers first and foremost. They do not and will not just fly/walk up to humans like that unless they have been given food multiple times before. If you think Bald Eagles are big, you should look at some videos with Harpy Eagles... 😮.

I came across a bald eagle sitting in someone's yard as a kid. It was a surreal experience, as I never realized how HUGE they were til that moment - especially from the perspective of an 11 year-old kid.
It wasn't til I was older that I realized he was probably sick and dying because he wouldn't fly. Just sitting there watching us. He let us get close enough to touch him, but I wasn't taking that risk

I'm going with female. for one thing Females are bigger than males. And their head feathers sometimes fluff out a little around the neck where a males usually are flatter to their head/neck area.

I also didn't read the description or anything so IDK where this is located. Yes that makes a difference. Alaska Bald Eagles are bigger than the Bald Eagles in Florida. The colder the weather the bigger and heavier the Eagles. The warmer the weather the smaller the Eagles. They need the size and body weight to survive the cold.

She/he, my guess is still she lol but she is approaching people because they're feeding her. So hopefully she stays in that area where people are feeding her and not trying to ki|| her!!

I love watching videos of the Alaskan fishing boats. They're covered up with Eagles

More than likely the non fear of Humans would define the bird was either raised or taken in by a sanctuary/rehabber and has had human contact. The eagle is not being aggressive. Apparently he knows this person.
