The Orangerie 🍊 of Karlsberg Palace 🇩🇪

One of the things we love most about Deutschland is that there are amazing ruins everywhere. There is so much history around every corner. The hike to the Orangerie Ruins is lovely and there are endless trails to explore in the area. The Karlsberg Palace was destroyed and no ruins remain, but the Orangerie gives a glimpse into what it once was. We went on further down the trail to see the Karlsbergquelle (spring) and Karlsbergweiher (pond). This will definitely be a place we return to in other seasons. Next time we will remember to bring bread for the ducks!
