Michael Munger: The Sharing Economy

Dr. Munger who teaches economics and public policy and is the former chair of the political science department at Duke, will share his insights on the "sharing economy"- companies like Uber, Lyft, Airbnb and other which allow people to share their property with strangers in exchange for payment.  The discussion will center on the benefits these businesses to local economics, as well as the regulatory problems facing such businesses.
