Weve had the opportunity to review a fair bit of gear from Haylou and today we are looking at their new Sport earbuds. The Haylou T17 Sport Earbuds. At first I wasn't sure If i liked the Sport style earbuds but over time i have really grown to like the style, the fit, and the comfort that comes from wearing this style of earbud. So what about the Haylou T17 Sport Earbuds? In today's video we will unbox the Haylou T17 Sport Earbuds and then connect them and take a listen to see what we think of the sound that comes out of these new earbuds.

I bought these babies yesterday. I gotta say i didnt expect much for 40€ but damn....
I create music and im an audiophile with multiple expensive headphones and speakers so sound quality is huge for me. But this time i was looking for a cheap in-ear with earhooks to use in the gym where i dont pay much attention to the quality of the sound. So I knew that under 100$ i cant expect a lot if i want true wireless, but for this price (40€!!!) this is way better than i expected (and i dont have to listen to the horrible music of the gym).
I have my list of sound test songs which i always try on speakers or headphones. So of course i ran them through these bad boys and im quite surprised. While of course the soundstage is not an open back headphone kind of experience, and the bass is not perfect and so on.... but it is perfect for what it is: a sport earphone. I really dont care about the soundstage of Slayer while im lifting heavy weights.
And its comfortable. I was wearing it for hours and kind of forgot that its wrapped around my ears (my first true wireless).

My only problem is the touch sensitive button on it. I have a strong hatred towards touch sensitive stuff. I prefer the sensation of a mechanical button. Touch sensitive things should be illegal outside of phone screens and some other stuff. Yes if i would be the president this would be the law.

So if you are looking for an earphone for training under 100$ look no further. U can take the remaining 60$ and spend it on beers to compensate for training

Sport earbuds are a good idea and reasonably priced ones make the choice much easier.

It would be really helpful if you included a quick test of the microphone (maybe using the voice recorder app on phone?) so we know if it's any good. I've bought a couple of in ear bluetooth buds but the mic is appalling. Would be a great 30 second addition to your headphone / earbuds with a mic reviews. My Nirvana is to have the Apple 'AirPod' copy style buds with a decent microphone pickup.
