This is really informative and helpful, and a perfect example of how communicating a complicated role in layman's term.

I'm a communication major student, and as I took my first PM webinars outside school, I kinda bombarded with a lot of information that I "need" to take, and this video helped a lot more than those resources (not that I will disregard those readings haha).
