The Allison Inn & Spa highlights Native American Heritage Month

November is Native American Heritage Month -- a time to celebrate the traditions, languages and stories of Native communities across America. And of course, that culture is also being celebrated through food.

A local restaurant will be featuring special dishes made with native produce, thanks to the help of their new top chef. James Beard nominee Jack Strong -- a Siletz, Oregon, native and executive chef at Jory inside the Allison Inn and Spa.
