The Forgotten: An “Epic Mickey” Animatic (inspired by “The Magnus Archives”)

What if a toon character drifts so deep into Wasteland that they fade into “The Forgotten?”, a void that abstracts a character into nothing more than a conceptual sketch? If Mickey was trapped there, you KNOW big brother Oswald would be there to save him. (I’ve been playing with “Epic Mickey” lore ideas since highschool, and “Rebrushed” has reawakened them, lol.)

I’ve also been obsessing over Magnus Archives since my first listen-through, so I really wanted to do something with this particular scene. It felt fitting for this animatic, even if the context and characters are different.
