It’s time for The Groom to knock another game off his Top 13 games of all time that can be played solo. Last month he went to Mars, this month he is headed under water, however still constructing. He is playing Underwater Cities from Rio Grande games and Delicious Games. Choose actions and try to match the color to cards played to maximize your turns. Construct at least 7 cities and score over 100 points to win.
