Oh, no! A gnome shortage! There's also at least one container full of dragon-themed sex toys stuck on Ever Given, bound for a company in the US called Bad Dragon. Furries, man...

In some marine/Admiralty jurisdictions, the entity arresting a vessel becomes liable for her maintenance/insurance/crew wages/upkeep etc while under arrest. Is this the case here?

So if the ABS found no mechanical or steering issues with the ship that could have cause the accident, then we are left with human error correct? If human error is not found through an analysis of the black box then what are we left with? Can these ships be hacked or remotely controlled? Is that possible?
