At My Godmother’s Flower Garden

It is an annual tradition to show how my godmother’s charming flower garden is doing. She is hooked on different flower varieties and she claims the best flower garden in our village.
I visited her this year right before she had some journalists from a local newspaper, that’s an undeniable success :)

Reminiscent of simpler times spent as a little boy at my grandmother's house out in her gladiola garden and wandering around the yard chasing butterflies among the other flowers planted around it. Good memories indeed and always so nice to visit with you, Katsiaryna...it refreshes the soul.

The main highway goes through the middle of my town. On the portion that travels beside the river they plant petunias along one side for six blocks. As you drive through the smell is often almost overwhelming. I spent the entire eight minutes and twenty two seconds imagining what your Godmothers flower garden smells like. I bet it's wonderful.
