When performing Rear Delt Flyes in a T-Motion, this will emphasize primarily your Mid-Traps & Rhomboids. (Red) ✅
When performing this movement in a 45DEG angle behind you, this will emphasize your Rear Delts. (Green) ✅
Lastly, when bringing the Dumbbells into your Hips, this will shift the emphasis to your Lats. (Yellow) turning this into a Row motion. ✅
Using a combination of all will be killer in building an aesthetic looking back. 🔥
