These could include disabilities, health care, education, etc. If you have served in the military at all, even if you didn’t finish boot camp / basic training, you might still be entitled to some benefits. I rcvd the card ! I received honor discharge can still obtain the driver license with Dd214 I spend over 7 month in is army reserve

you have to be in at least 180 days, and less, you'll have to appeal to the board at the va. same as upgrading discharge
