Turkish Shepherd Salad:
Ingredients:
Tomatoes cubes 2
Cucumber cubes 1
Capsicum cubes 1
Onion cubes 1
Cottage cheese cubes ½ cup
Salad leaves for garnishing
Dressing ingredients:
Chopped mint ½ bunch
Green coriander ½ bunch
Sumac 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Walnuts for garnishing
Method:
• Cut all vegetables in small cubes.
• Mix all these vegetables in a bowl.
• Add all dressing ingredients in as well and mix it well.
• Finally add cottage cheese and mix it.
• Garnish it with salad leaves and serve it.
