just came here to say i almost returned my ZV-1 just now after five days of use because it wouldn't connect to Imaging Edge anymore. I had no idea what the Usb reset app was i thought it was a virus and i just haven't had time to wipe my computer. I ended up doing a full reset of the camera, total uninstall/ reinstall of the imaging edge suite, and a PC reset and its back to normal. Thank you for pulling me out of a three hour funk of troubleshooting Vic.

I watched this video when I first got my ZV1. It really helped. Fast forward some months & I changed some settings to use the camera with my smart phone. Last night, I needed to quickly start a livestream. Got the Mass Storage message with literally 3 minutes before the time to go live. Mind was BLANK about which settings to adjust! Can you feel the stress? Found your video and was able to go live ON TIME last night!
