Fall lover here 🙋🏻‍♀️I think summer is okay but I get tired of it really easily. I hate being hot and sweaty and at a certain point it feels like the only viable activity outside is to go to the beach. Unless you live right on the shore it’s impossible to do that every day. Even the beach gets old at some point.

The fall (at least where I live) is so beautiful - golds, auburns, oranges, reds in the trees with a clear blue sky and a chilly breeze is perfection. On the days that it gets a little rainy it feels so cozy. I just love it. The cold here in the fall is refreshing, rather than freezing. It’s such a dramatic and welcome change from the exhausting heat of the summer.

But I will say that every season has its pros and cons. I like all of them, but (especially) fall and spring are my faves.

Living in Canada in the Rocky Mountains, fall is glorious. Summer here is too hot and smoky from forest fires. Every year it seems to get worse. Fall brings cooler weather, especially at night, and that's a relief. But fall also brings the beauty of changing leaves along with their wonderful scent. The forest smells fresh again too. The sky seems more intensely blue in the fall here. And though it's cool in the mornings, by the afternoon it's short sleeve weather again. I walk every day and walking in the fall is the best.

hey paulina! i'm in the US (california to be specific) and while I agree, the shortening of days and dark mornings are the worst part of fall, i really look forward to all the fall events and activities. we have pumpkin patches, corn mazes, apple picking, etc. and it's all so much fun! i also prefer fall outfits (jackets, sweaters, hoodies, comfy and cozy things).

Haha, you are so right about Americans' obsession with fall! I am an American and while I enjoy fall as a season, for me I do dread it because it is a harbinger of the impending dark days of winter that seem to last so long. The shorter days and increased darkness have a profound effect on me, and I really struggle with summoning enough energy to be productive when there is so little light. I suppose maybe Americans enjoy fall so much because it has this cozy, comfy vibe without the harsh weather of the winter. Anyway, sending you good vibes and you look lovely today as always! ❤❤
