House passes $95 billion foreign aid bill, possible TikTok ban | NewsNation Prime

House speaker Mike Johnson engineered a bipartisan move to combine what were four separate bills into one package. They include aid for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, plus some GOP proposals like seizing some Russian assets to help Ukraine and a possible ban on TikTok in the U.S. But NewsNation’s Elina Shirazi says House Republicans aren’t happy there was no funding for greater security at the southern border.
