It's simple ... Scammer ordered them and since no one at home they will send a mule to collect them !

Chase needs to provide an explanation. They know exactly what happened.

It her bank's employees.
Chase won't give an explanation, do you fear of fraud and law suits!😮😊

I would consult a lawyer and get compensation because you had to cancel your vacation to come home and deal with their error

This is what I call data mining. More profitable than old conventional colt mining .

lucky she had a lockable mailbox. I'll bet someone was waiting to get those cards and use them while she was on vacation. probably one of her neighbors.

They were authorized user accounts. It isn't 35 separate people. It is most likely 17 because when you add someone to your credit account with chase, for some reason, it sends that person a card and it also sends you a new card

35 credit cards opened under her account? She should’ve called the credit reporting agency to explain the situation bc that could impact her credit. Then get in touch w an attorney to sue. This could be another credit card scandal that Wells Fargo did to its own customers in 2016 even they opened fake accounts under their names without them knowing

They knew she was on vacation and were going to intercept the cards after the delivery. She’s lucky she went home and canceled her vacation.

Dude at her local Chase Bank heard she was going to be away, figured he could make some quick money selling loaded cards. Used her address and account.
