Hi Ross and Tina. Ooh, Lion bars! Years ago in the 90's/early 2000's my dad used to work for West Yorkshire police force and was able to access the staff shop at what was then the factory of Rowntree Mackintosh/Terry's of York. He could get large bags full of mis-shaped Lion bars, amongst other chocolate bars, for next to nothing in cost. I'm sure they didn't have all the fancy flavoured varieties then, but still, those were the days!!
I think I'm with you, Tina, the white chocolate bars are not my preference either!

I realise now that I thought Lion Bars were covered in nuts, not cereal. maybe I'm thinking of the wrong chocolate bar. you seem like a cute couple lol. Best wishes from U.K

I'm not sure what was going on with the peanut Lion Bar that you had (my favourite variety. It has sadly vanished from shops yet again), but every one I've had has had the same outside as every other Lion Bar I've had i.e. covered in chocolate, with no peanuts on the outside.

I do like a Lion bar, unfortunately taking one fishing was not a good idea. After sitting in my bag, in the Sun, made eating a chocolate bar somewhat messy.

I had the white one before. I didn't really notice the taste of the white chocolate. I don't think i will buy another, unless i saw them reduced in price
