Why didn't you use the starting inventory to meet the need in February before using overtime? In other words, why didn't you minus 5000 from 8000 leaving 3000 for overtime?

Great video Teresa! It helped a lot! However, I've got a question. How do we find that $1.20 coefficient in the Overtime or Subcontract column in the 3rd strategy? İs it an average cost for a unit which is produced in OT or subcontracted??

the total of ending inventory is equal to the last ending inventory not the sum of all of them.
