I failed to mention that you can also install emulation on to the PSP for just about every retro console. I don't know much about emulation software however, I've seen plenty of You Tube videos that have show cased it.

I was thinking the exact same thing the other day, that the PSP actually has more features, menu options and a better menu than the switch does... it's absolutely pathetic that Nintendo is so incompetent when it comes to making a comprehensive online infrastructure

Nintendo switch is the go to if you want the newer games and a little more future proof. I love the PSP but I tend to play more retro than modern. I have both systems and both are great. The games are cheaper on PSP though lol
