When THAT music starts playing in Outer Wilds...

Starring Pyro as the Hatchling and Engineer as Riebeck. Also featuring some absolutely amazing guitar playing animation; it looks just like real life! Don't look too closely!

Outer Wilds is an incredible story and exploration game. Definitely recommend anyone to go play it, and be very careful to avoid spoilers. The "spoilers" in this video, if you can even call them that, are stuff you'll see or know about in the first hour or two of playing the game.

when was this music played for the first time

I explored the starting planet, there was an interesting forest there. I didn’t attach much importance to the music, I thought, well, “background soundtrack”

Then the Music stopped abruptly, it became frighteningly dark, and then I was swallowed by a bright flash

and I woke up at the start of the game. I didn’t even understand what happened) But I realized that something much more exciting and mysterious was waiting for me than I thought

Something fitting about this animation is that both games are the kind that live rent free in your head. You don't need to play them anymore to enjoy them, and you might have moved on. But both Team Fortress 2 and Outer Wilds can never be forgotten, and they both leave their mark in their own unique ways. Excellent work on this, can't wait to see what you make next!

I just played Outer Wilds within this past week and I’ve gotta say it is probably the best game I’ve ever played. HOWEVER! I still have a problem with it. That problem is that I can’t accurately describe why the game is good to my friends without spoiling it.
