Allowing an alleged domestic abuser to stay active would be batshit insane. Idc if he's guilty or not, LEV has no choice but to bench him for now at least. I doubt any org will pick him up to be honest. I'm not trying to debate anything about the morals of the situation, I'm just talking pure business here.
