When ever one of 4 kids committed a crime in the eyes of my gma or aunt it didn't matter who did it or who didn't do it.
All of got punished whether it be in the corner or grounded or spanked.
Usually it was my cousin beth and I who were the archangels and and her 2 brothers my other cousins were the devils children
Meaning us girls rarely did wrong but the boys was a whole another story

Now this one speaks to me. My brother and I took many @$$ whoopins’ for each other.
We never turned on each other and we would have never given up that shoe!
