The Guggenheim Museum of modern and contemporary art was designed by Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry. It is located in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain where I traveled at the end of December 2015. You can see a few pieces by Jeff Koons (Tulips) and Richard Serra.
