First error: Smithers left his jacket behind, yet he is wearing it while shooting Mr. Burns (Unless it’s a different jacket).

Second error: Burns gave Smithers a pay cut. However, Burns had already fired Smithers before that (Unless Burns had rehired Smithers before he was fingered).
