For nearly a decade Mawared House successfully implemented and managed visa application centers for diplomatic missions across the region.

Over time, our organization has been addressing this need of providing support services with great efficiency for our partners VFS Global and Diplomatic Missions keeping in mind and addressing concerns regarding security, integrity, quality and efficacy on the outsourced solution of the business. This resulted in exceptional customer service for applicants- from easy visa application processes, extended operational hours and easy access to requisite information.

We are honored to be the Trusted Partners of VFS Global Services, which serves the interests of 50 diplomatic missions in 124 countries worldwide and processes in excess of 22 million visa applications annually.
We currently process over 800,000 visa applications per year, with 500 employees, in 15 cities and in 7 countries, with a total turnover of USD 5 million. For the past 9years, we have been providing comprehensive processing services and successfully running Visa Application Centers for VFS Global in the MENA region.
