Would enjoy having this in a fleet of IH irons for sure. Sounds great, very reliable workhorse. Personally I like the looks of the old ‘67 1206, ‘71 1456. I’d still enjoy sitting up in the cab of this 3288 with my lunch and a thermos full of hot coffee, field cultivating all day long!

I ran a 5088 in northeastern Montana wheat fields in the early 80’s. Machine was a dream to operate. Wish I had one.

I use a 5288 and 24ft wilrich field cultivator. Does a very good job. I love my 5288

I used to work on a dairy farm and he had a 5288. Had over 10, 000 hours and that thing was a beast. I miss that old tractor.

Nice looking tractor. Like to have a 32 or a 3688. I run red tractors. My biggest is a 5088 and I really like it. Other tractors are a 1066, a Case IH 125 maxxum and a 140 Farmall for the garden. Thanks for sharing the video Jason. You always do a great job with them.

That 90hp is doing a nice job pulling that field cultivator.

Those 66, 86, and 88 series tractors are as good as it gets. The truck engines and the rest of the tractor are so much better than other makes. Yet you can get them for 1/3 -1/4 the price of JD. Unbelievable. Also I would take a IH engine over a Cummins in a Case IH any day.

It seems like International tractors were always about a decade ahead of John Deere in styling during the 60's, 70's and 80's.
