Explanation for correlated subquery:
For every row in the outer query (before NOT EXISTS) we check if the inner query returns any missing skills for that particular applicant. The NOT EXISTS refers to the fact that there should be no rows returned by the inner query - there are no missing skills from the skillset in S (table of skills). If there are no missing skills for that candidate, they are added tp the result of the outer query. DISTINCT in the outer query ensures the names are not duplicate. The inner query finds all skills related to the applicant's name and removes them from the names of skills required (S table) - that is how we get missing skills for that applicant.
