In this video we are preparing a tram for regular service on line 17. Before taking the tram to the starting point in Wateringen, we perform checks in and outside of the vehicle to ensure smooth operations.

17:06: How common is it to deal with traffic like that but drivers don't even notice you are there, until you are really there? I mean, that SUV driver could easily have waited and only cover the other line.

Absolutely splendid video! It's still such a strange concept to me that a tram has 2 cabs - I love the end when it's made for passengers, but I have to admit, it does make more sense :)

The fact that you accelerate/brake using pedals seems so strange to me :D

Love it! Learned a whole lot and got answers to questions I had from so far. Including the pedal driving.
it should feel so well to have a functioning neutral. I've test drive many EV cars. The lack of neutral completely throws me off. In those cars, releasing the accelerator pedal means braking confidently with no way of turning it off.
