Curse of the blind gave me Dr fetus in boss rush, I panick left, went to treasure, got blind monstro lung, died 2 room clears later.
Every shot turned the screen into a checker board of explosions with no tile splode safe

Whatever you'll put in the DLC, don't put Ebola as a mini-boss/boss. The people would become salty quick.

some more item suggestions 

fire breath: a passive version of the candle 
blessed penny: 1% chanse to drop  a soul heart upon obtaining a penny 
bumfriend 2.0 consumes all forms of currency (incl. quarters, dollars) and drops a gold chest every time it reaches a quarter 
swalowed bomb: makes bombs drop on touch 
the code: turns you into the lost, gives you 30 lives you do respawn in the same room 
lemon incident: makes tears randomly spawn lemon mishap 
pawn shop: let's you trade bombs, spacebar items, trinkets, cards etc for pennies

The Unknown Items guys is Crickets body, I know this because I play TBOI:R. It's Range Down+Tears up+Splash damage.
