Thanks so very much for documenting this BEAUTIFUL mall Tom!!!
I really miss the fountains and the plants and aesthetics of the mall!!! And the Boscov's!!! I have never been to a Boscov's but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the neon and beauty of them!!!
I love the ceiling and the marble floors in this mall!!! It's such a beautiful mall!!! I really hope it hangs on and doesn't close.
I love the arcade takes quarters!!! I wish an arcade had Sega Cruisin in it. That's a game from a while ago and that used to be in Walmart. Once gaming consoles came along they removed them from Walmart. I really really miss that game!!
Thanks again so very much the wonderful videos!!! You are one of my favorite dead mallers here on YouTube!!
Take care and have a wonderful Wednesday night and week!!! Thanks again so very much!!! 👍🏻😃

this was our Saturday destination starting in 1974 . ride our bikes there and hang out all day long. wall to wall sound, kb toys and hobbies, space port, paperback booksmith, Spencer's on and on memories of the best time or the 20th century. kids today will never know the joy we experienced back then

OVM used to house at one point, Suncoast, KB Toys, Waldenbooks/Borders, Allied Hobbies, The Disney Store, Space Port arcade, Five Below, Deck the Walls, The Wall before it became FYE, Software Etc. before it became Gamestop, EB games, Friendly's and Kahunaville (now where Forever 21 is located),

I have fond memories of Space Port arcade, Wall to Wall Sound, Walden Books, We 3 Records, Orange Julius, and many birthday parties attended at Farrells as a kid.

This was my Mall growing up nice job and history. There is real shrubbery throughout the first floor which you pass by. I did a video on this Mall a couple month ago.

Mall was at its peak in the 90’s for the first two Jurassic Park movies where they had legit dinosaur animatronics from the films! Don’t understand why they don’t try to add anchor restaurants like Cheesecake Factory or Hooters

My dad was a union electrician, he worked on building the mall. We came up on weekends a few times as it was being built, I remember the steel beams to walls and opening day. Thank you for video. 😊

I’ve waited for this one since you mentioned it when I commented that it was better than Philadelphia Mills in that video. I would say this mall is doing okay. Certainly not as strong as it was before, but it appeared to be doing okay when I was there on the times that I visited. I would say that the vacancy rate is noticeable, but not to the point of being dead or dying, and most of them were in the area where you walked in through in the beginning of the video.

Forever 21 used to be a huge arcade in the late 90s. EB games was where pandora is now. The old FYE was in anthoer spot but it was when they sold only music and not action figures etc like they do now.

This the Gen X HQ back in my day. Worked at the McDonald's back when it was by the anchor store and before the current food court configuration. Worked at Chess King then Kinney Shoes. Went on my first mall date there.

Oxford Valley was a great place when I moved to Bucks County in 1991 . It’s a shell of its former self .

Used to a busy mall. They had a great hobby shop & Radio Shack on the second floor. The two floor Woolworths had.everything. Drove my eife & grandkids to this mall three times this year on a Saturday.morning and parking lot had a good # if cars.

That fact that Boscov's left is not a good sign. They only seem to do that if they are losing a lot of money at that location.

The best arcade you've ever been to has been the SoNo Arcade in The SoNo Collection Mall. Skill Cranes galore, I know they're your favorite type of gaming machine! XD
Great video, as always!

I live across from Franklin Mills lol. Im not calling it Philadelphia Mills. Oxford Valley used to be the nicest one to go to in the Northeast/Lower Bucks area. Neshaminy prob second. All of them are shells of their former selves. Last I heard Oxford Valley was getting apartments built in to it.
