Yeah, people of my generation for sure remember the Italian interpretation of this song by Mina 1964, although it's written and sung first by Nino Ferrer in French as 'C'est irreparable' / 'It's irreparable'
In 1991, Pedro Almodóvar readjusts the text in Spanish for the film 'High Heels'. This version was sung by Luz Casal as a soundtrack to the movie. (in brief from wiki)
