2:33 Don't use surround sound if you have stereo headphones, it is utterly useless and only worsens the accuracy of your audio. 5.1 surround sound requires 5 separate speakers arranged with 3 speakers infront of you (1 central, 1 front right and 1 front left) then 2 more for your rear left and rear right, so unless you have this audio setup for CSGO (unlikely as it isn't very practical) always use stereo for stereo headphones. You can get a remarkably accurate 3d audio effect from using open back headphones with the regular stereo headphone setting.

I think ambient occlusion is better on off, it just changes the lighting and it probably takes away some fps.

Great video for beginners! The only thing i didn't like is that you reccoemend to uncap the fps, you migh get more fps but since the cpu is working at 100% it has higher input lag. If you cap it atleast 5% less than the avg frames you get it reduces a lot of input lag and frametime stability. This is only for those who get more fps than their refresh rate (most). Also in most cases -high ussualy adds input lag and instability for a little more fps.

Hello guys, if you want to really follow these instructions I recommend you to put the video speed on 0.75 and now it should be a "normal" video not fast forward xD

I'm confused, when i follow these tips my game has low fps, around 100? but if i go on high settings with gsync enabled i'm atleast at a stable 200, do you have any advice for this? what am i doing wrong guys

thanks for the video man, as i got the cs2 beta invite it crashed my whole csgo config after so i had to redo all and i am glad to have a video like yours...probably i should start making backups..xD

6:48 it shows the type of gun skin..if you have a for example "mil spec" Usp-S the skin in the corner will be blue, if you got a "covert" M4 or so it will be red, its kind cool. for the skin lovers here!^^

texture filtering mode just leave at 16x, unless you have a really, and i mean really terrible pc, between bilinear and 16x won't make any difference in performace, but i quite substancial in image quality
