I had just a few years in collecting Solingen Bokers when they quit doing their traditionals there. Simply some of best knives I own. I am constantly looking on secondary for Solingen seals. You have a stunning collection.

Just got gifted a Boker Solingen stag handle single blade…never owned a knife this beautiful. You’re right about the feeling you get carrying it. I’ve always appreciated knives but never went for a high quality one with the fear of abusing it. But man talk about functional art! Thanks for the info and getting me hyped about owning this thing.

Very impressive collection as always. It is amazing how Boker can produce such great knives and make them so available. I wish GEC was able to do the same.

The cheap knives can get passed down and although they are not worth anything, they have sentimental value.

Solingen. The “ng” is pronounced like in “singer”. There is no “g” as in “gentle”.

Böker offers some nice knives. I’ve got several models in my collection and I’ve been to their store several times. It’s only a three-hour drive.
