Well, the president and vice president of the bank I work for have been selling their company's stock for months and that doesn't necessarily means a bad thing since the stock price has increased 30% afterwards. They are just taking profits.In fact, many of us are.

Having worked for a startup, the. one thing people freak out about is when the execs start selling. Just a little perspective. They will continue to get more stock options from the company. Also the existing ones expire, (usually within 8 years of being granted) Every time a big shareholder sells that info become public. To offset the appearance of insider trading they sell their stock at predetermined times. I.E. every quarter, or every month regardless of the up and down of the stock. So don't freak out when Jensen sells. This is nothing surprising or new.
